The Newborn Hornyhead Fish Festival and Tournament
Terms and Conditions

I understand that any cancellations prior to March 31 will be charged an administrative fee of $10 for a single booth or $15 for a double booth. There will be no refunds for cancellations after March 31.

By submitting my vendor application I do hereby release, acquit and forever discharge The Newborn Hornyhead Fish Festival and Tournament and The Town of Newborn, its agents, servants, successors and assigns and all other persons, firms and corporations from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, loss of service, expenses and compensations, which I may acquire or may accrue arising out of any events taking place April 27, 2024 or otherwise connected with the 2024 Newborn Hornyhead Fish Festival and Tournament. I further agree to hereby indemnify the Newborn Hornyhead Fish Festival and Tournament and the Town of Newborn, its agents, servants, successors and assigns and all employees, taking place on April 27, 2024 or otherwise connected with The Newborn Hornyhead Fish Festival and Tournament. This indemnity agreement shall include all reasonable attorney’s fees, cost and expenses incurred by indemnity. I also understand that I am fully responsible for any Revenue/Sales Tax applicable for items sold at The Newborn Hornyhead Fish Festival and Tournament. I acknowledge that photographs will be taken at the festival. I agree to give the Town of Newborn rights to any submitted photographs and festival photographs for promotional use.

I have read and fully understand the Terms and Conditions stated above. These Terms and Conditions must be accepted by ALL vendors/exhibitors to be accepted for this event. By submitting the vendor application you are agreeing to abide by these Terms and Conditions
